Glen Lakes Plaza was completed in 1984 and renovated in 2002.

 

Glen Lakes Plaza is located off North Central Expressway and one block North of Walnut Hill Lane in North Dallas. The location is a short walk from the Presbyterian Hospital/Walnut Hill DART light rail terminal, and adjacent to the north of the Corners Shopping Center. Amenities this building offers are reserved covered parking, on-site management, dark tinted windows, blinds, after hours card entry system, a full service janitorial company and a complete renovation of the common areas and restrooms in 2002. The exterior is brick (75%) with black vision glass (25%). The building lobby is above the parking garage, and features a two-story atrium design with skylights and attractive landscaping. Interior hallways are carpeted and walls are painted. Florescent panels and incandescent spotlights provide interior lighting in dropped acoustical ceiling system. Doors to tenant suites are solid core and are either stained or painted, depending on the decorating style of the tenant space.
All but one tenant suite has a kitchen with hot and cold running water, and most kitchens are equipped with dishwashers. Restrooms have ceramic tile floors and ceramic tile and painted sheet-rock walls. The central HVAC monitoring system allows for individual suites to have after-hours use. The building is equipped with a card access system for after-hours entry.
The parking garage has two entrances, located on either side of the main building entrance, is approximately 1/2 floor below grade, and contains 38 parking spaces. Additionally, there are 20 surface spaces located at the front of the property. All paving is reinforced concrete.
